Woo F. Sport Badminton Club – Terms and Conditions

1. Conduct

  • Players must behave respectfully toward all players, coaches, and staff.
  • Proper sports attire and non-marking shoes are required.
  • The club reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership for misconduct or breach of rules.

2. Communication

  • Players must provide a valid email address to receive club news, event details, and for account recovery purposes.
  • The club may contact members via email or messaging platforms regarding updates and notices.

3. Participation

  • Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
  • Players are required to register for sessions or events in advance.
  • Members can withdraw their registration through their online member account before the event begins.
  • Visitors must withdraw by emailing woof.cbr.au@gmail.com before the event begins.
  • Participation records will be maintained for all members.

4. Membership

  • Members must provide accurate personal and contact information.
  • Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Membership is not active until payment has been received and confirmed.

5. Payments (Membership & Session Fee)

  • Payments must be completed via Bank Deposit, PayID, or EFTPOS during sessions.

6. Safety

  • Players participate at their own risk.
  • The club is not liable for injuries or accidents occurring during sessions or events.
  • Players should inform the club of any medical conditions that may affect participation.

7. Photography and Media

  • The club may take photos or videos during sessions for promotional use. Please inform us if you do not wish to be included.

8. Changes and Cancellations

  • The club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events and sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any changes will be communicated promptly to members.

9. Privacy

  • Personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
